Terms of Service

By accessing or using learnenglishwithus.org (the "Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Learn English With Us is an educational platform. All content — audio lessons, transcripts, exercises, grammar articles, and AI interactions — is provided solely for the purpose of English language learning. The Platform is not a substitute for professional language certification services.

Our A1–A2 content is aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for informational purposes. Completing our courses does not confer an official language certificate.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, educational purposes. You must not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce course content for redistribution
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access any part of the Platform
• Upload, post, or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Impersonate another user, staff member, or any other person
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers, networks, or security
• Attempt to bypass any access restrictions or security measures
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Saudi, local, or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms, without prior notice and without refund where applicable.

Noor, your Personal English Coach, is a premium feature powered by Claude AI (Anthropic). By using it, you agree to the following:

• Noor is an AI-powered coaching tool — she is not a qualified human teacher
• Responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate; always verify important information
• You will not use Noor to generate harmful, hateful, or illegal content
• You will not attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or misuse the AI system
• Conversation content is not stored on our servers (see Privacy Policy, Section 5)
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — it depends on third-party API uptime

The core content of Learn English With Us — including all A1–A2 audio lessons, exercises, grammar articles, and progress tracking — is free of charge, with no payment or account required to access most features.

We want you to be satisfied with your experience. Our refund policy is:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to audio recordings, written transcripts, lesson scripts, exercise questions, grammar articles, images, and software — is the intellectual property of Learn English With Us or its content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to:

• Access and use course content for your own personal language learning
• Print or save individual lesson transcripts for your private study use

You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without written permission
• Use content commercially, including on other websites or social media platforms for profit
• Remove any copyright or attribution notices from any content
• Create derivative works based on Platform content without permission

User-generated content (such as answers you submit in exercises) remains your own. By submitting it, you grant us a limited right to process it in order to provide the service (e.g., evaluate your quiz answer).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@learnenglishwithus.org if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

We reserve the right to disable any account if we reasonably believe the account has been compromised or is being misused.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free
• That AI-generated content will always be accurate or complete
• That use of the Platform will result in specific language learning outcomes
• That the Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Learn English With Us and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of data or progress (e.g., due to a browser reset)
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated feedback
• Decisions made based on content from the Platform
• Temporary unavailability of the service or any feature

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Platform integrates with the following third-party services:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — powers Noor, your Personal English Coach; subject to Anthropic's Terms of Use
• Resend — transactional email delivery; subject to Resend's Terms
• Stripe (when enabled) — payment processing; subject to Stripe's Terms

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Links to external sites are provided for convenience — we do not endorse those sites.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@learnenglishwithus.org. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction.
